Hey guys,

As it’s summer and Japan is oppressively hot and humid, I decided to escape to another country for a week–Taiwan, which is even hotter. Makes sense, right?

For the most part, I spent the week in Taipei. However, I did spend a night down around Sun Moon Lake, which was a great chance to see another part of the country! I had an absolute blast and want to share some of my experiences/recommended places with you, so keep an eye out for posts on the following topics soon:
